1. The Party Alliance National of the Democrats for the Reconstruction
in acronym "ANADER" was created on March 8 1990 in Geneva
(Switzerland) and recorded under the number 91 – 043 at the
Home office. In democratic republic of the Congo. ANADER was established
and covers the whole area of the Democratic Republic of the Congo
then Zaïre.
2. Since its creation, Mr. Raphaël kumbu-ki -Lutete, the national
president that is also the initiator and founder, directs the party.
His first constituent congress takes place at the month of May in
Kinshasa, capital of the Zaïre (RDC). The congress had called
together 2.000 members of which the majority was constituted of
the less than 25 years.

in the Congolese political arena, the dynamism and the courage of

for the democracy. The party will occupy the first Vice Presidency
